New Line of Aesthetic Skincare Products Developed By Plastic Surgeons

A new line of therapeutic skincare products is being launched by physicians from the Department of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University Health Care.

The Blue Zone Aesthetics line of skincare products will be launched at an open house set for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Aug.13, at the Department of Plastic Surgery, 11370 Anderson Street, Suite 2100, Loma Linda, Calif., 92354.

“Our Blue Zone Aesthetics skincare line of products was developed by a team of plastic surgery and skin care experts with a combined experience of more than 50 years in anti-aging aesthetics,” said Dr. Subhas Gupta, chairman of The Department of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University Health Care.

“In addition, it’s been a personal goal of mine for the last 11 years to come up with a new system for our patients to improve and rejuvenate the appearance of their skin,” he said.

A number of activities are planned for the open house, including opportunity drawings and discounts on Blue Zone Aesthetics skincare products and other treatments.

The Blue Zone Aesthetics skincare products have been clinically tested by the physicians and were formulated to address the most common skin conditions experienced by their own patients, Dr. Gupta said.

Four Blue Zone Aesthetics skincare lines have been developed: “Lift,” to lift and rejuvenate the skin; “Calm,” to calm the skin’s redness; “Fade,” to fade any scar; and “Clear,” to clear and control acne. Each kit contains an entire system designed to work with the prescription therapeutic products.  The kits contain a wash, toner, sunblock, and the active ingredients dispensed by prescription. The skincare lines are available by prescription through Loma Linda University Health Care’s Department of Plastic Surgery.
