Eshel Collection fights against USA/EU Apparel Designer firms

Eshel Collection decided to quietly launch for Hol/Res 2010…. showing only a hand-ful of top USA department stores as well as showing in last months Hong Kong Market week.

Now, Eshel will fully launch their Designer level  Womens/Children dress collection in Sept 2010 – during NYC Fashion Week !     Why is Eshel “special” and why did Eshel launch during the worst USA economy in over 20+years?   We are told they were tired of seeing poorly constructed garments in hi-end Dept stores – using “average” fabrics and still charging customers the same prices as before…. and hearing dept. store sales staff tell weekly clients that styles/sizes are  “not available” or “not in stock”

Eshel owners feel that statement should NEVER be said — as their clients are special enough to warrant making garments just for them!      Eshel also understands FIT and will shock the industry by launching with 2 size ranges … USA fit and ASIAN fit.      Eshel has told us that next year, they will add a 3rd size range — EU fit.      All with the efforts to best suit their customers.

Eshel has chosen their  fabrics carefully from Italy, France and Korea ……  fabrics ranging from $15 – $299 / meter.    Eshel owners are industry saavy and have been “behind the scenes” in many top brand companies over the last 20 years…..  but felt Designer brands were letting down their customers lately…. merrow / overlock seams now replacing french seams.      Everyone concerned with COST and PRICING….  instead of focusing on the true Fashion/Design detail needed.

Come Spring 2011,  Eshel customers will know and feel special in every piece they buy/wear.

How will Eshel do this?      In Nov/Dec 2010, they will move into a 6500 sqft facility (office, showroom and sample room) which will give them ability to treat both their Buyers AND their customers with that same special attention required from a Designer level brand line.

Eshel will show a Dress-only collection for Spring/Summer 2011 (Womens and Childrens) ; but we are told they will launch some sportswear pieces for Fall 2011.

This might just be that one “new” designer firm that will change the way customers view designer brand apparel .
