Bill O’Reilly took exception to the theme of Jennifer Aniston’s new film, “The Switch.” The movie is about a single woman who has a child through artificial insemination. O’Reilly threw down the gauntlet when he said, “The fathers who do try hard are under appreciated and diminished by people like Jennifer Aniston.” Aniston, claims the issue is, “timely, and very progressive.”
On his Fox News program, O’Reilly Factor, O’Reilly indicated it is “not optimum,” and, “sends the wrong message” to 12 and 13 year olds saying, “hey, you don’t need a guy, you don’t need a dad.”
Aniston did admit that the ideal family consists of two mature parents, and that parenting is a tough job.
