Teresa Giudice
Mike Esterman released the following statement earlier today:
Esterman stated, “It is unfortunate and disappointing that as a result of some careless reporting, Teresa Giudice was unfairly punished in the court of public opinion. As a result, we will no longer be working together professionally and both of our reputations were called into question. Anyone can be a casualty of gossip but everyone deserves to be heard, which is why I want to take a moment to state the facts.”
Esterman continued, “To be clear, it is critical that my comment regarding appearances for Teresa Giudice be kept in context and reproduced accurately. I only handled Teresa’s paid appearances, which excluded any and all non-profit events. Any non-profit appearances were forwarded to her directly and had absolutely nothing to do with the appearances booked for her through Esterman.com. When asked, I was simply stating that her rate for paid appearances at for-profit events is $3,000 and transportation, however, non-profit events are a different story and handled by her directly.”
Esterman closed by saying, “While gossip can never be stopped, I would hope that in the future, journalists and editors do a bit more fact checking before running a story that is so damaging and so false. I suggest before anyone else misrepresents me, my company or Teresa Giudice, an accurate statement from her or someone who is authorized to speak on her behalf is secured. While Teresa may have had financial troubles in the past, don’t let misinformation fuel judgment. She is a wonderful person who deserves to be heard before the court of public opinion finds her guilty. I wish her nothing but success.”
