ign & Prototype, a leading design and manufacturing company for the medical, computing, industrial, telecommunications and defense industries, has released a chassis design for Violin Memory, Inc.’s 3200 Flash Memory Array.
The chassis design meets the uniquely demanding needs of the enterprise-grade Violin 3200-the first in the Violin 3000 series of Memroy Arrays scalable to more than 140 Terabytes in a rack that performs at over 3 Million IOPS. QTI Design & Prototype’s chassis design provides superior cooling and fan systems and access to the hardware-based flash RAID across hot-swappable memory modules in the unit.
